The RoMulus (Robust multi-sensor technology for status monitoring in Industry 4.0 applications) research project project sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) is focused on simplifying and accelerating the development and use of intelligent multi-sensor systems for Industry 4.0——the digitalization of production processes based on devices autonomously communicating with each other along the value chain. Tesla gigafactory grand opening event to be held July 29

Tesla will open the doors to its massive battery "gigafactory" to the general public July 29. The company will host a grand opening event attended by, among others, owners who won tickets by participating in its most recent referral program. Those owners are also helping spread the word in the absence of an official public announcement from Tesla.
