'The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised the 2013 cellulosic biofuel requirements for obligated parties (e.g., refiners) under the Renewable Fuel Standard 2 program down to 810,185 ethanol-equivalent gallons, or a 0.0005% ratio of the renewable fuel volume to the non-renewable gasoline and diesel volume used in 2013. In August 2013, EPA had specified 6.0 million gallons as the cellulosic biofuel requirement for 2013.
