'The USDOT’s Intelligent Transportation Systems Joint Program Office (ITS JPO) announced the alpha release of SET-IT (Systems Engineering Tool for Intelligent Transportation) software from the Connected Vehicle Reference Implementation Architecture (CVRIA) website.
