Louisiana, Wyoming, and Mississippi are the states with the highest concentration of superusers, while Houston, Detroit, St. Louis have the highest concentration of superusers among US metro areas. Consumption would be calculated by using total miles driven by the current owner, years owned, and the EPA fuel economy rating.
