California has moved to require E10 as its new certification fuel, and EPA is considering moving its certification E0 gasoline to E15 and its certification E85 to E83. The California ARB has introduced regular and premium certification fuel, and EPA has indicated that it is planning to do the same. —Coleman Jones.

Chevron owns the NiMH patents and have not allowed EV size batts to be built. In most conversions cost is about the same because of needless weight. Li is now the same cost of AGM, sealed lead batteries and soon will be as cheap as and replace lead batteries in EV’s because they weight 1/3-1/4 the weight/cap.
