It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. Hybrids are just car makers attempt to hang onto ICE & also sell expensive high margin vehicles. They will not meet my needs.
