One way Tesla used to make a lot of money in California is by selling its excess ZEV credits to automakers who didn’t have enough of them.

It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. Glad to see the variety & availability of electic commuter cars (vs hybrids & PHEV) is rising. I wont be buying an electric car of any kind.
