Think Global managers want to develop the car plant and launch an engineering center, perhaps alongside. It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. They will not meet my needs.
