The new fuel economy label which confirms the new VED rates will be available for download from the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) website [link]. From April 2010 anyone buying a new car will pay a different rate of vehicles tax in the first year of registration. Have a UK address on the registration certificate (V5C).

Can these things add up to make a car that people want to buy? It seems like it still may be cheaper to just buy a well used Lotus Elise and modify it yourself. I also think it will be cheap, which is why I think someone will buy the group. Small size. New technology. An (expected) high price tag. A troubled company.
