Bailout shock: "stunningly poor management"
Over the years, I've been a pretty big GM critic. Sure, the Chevy Volt gave me some hope - and it still does - but GM's overall efforts towards fuel efficient products has been disappointing. Even after 9/11, GM didn't embrace hybrid cars or small, more fuel efficient vehicles. The arrogant duo?
