Moreover, Toyota has demonstrated that natural gas can be coupled with hybrid technology with far less consumer concessions than what electric cars demand today. MORE >> -
HYBRID CAR BLOG | MONDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2010 Japanese Prius sales – Anything for the US to learn? For the 18th straight month the Toyota Prius has led Japanese auto sales, thanks to government subsidies and tax credits. However, the last two months have seen declines in Prius sales, as subsidies have ended, although tax credits still exist. So, do government incentives work in the auto industry? MORE >> -
HYBRID CAR BLOG | TUESDAY, JANUARY 24, 2012 Trickle down economics: Fisker’s fantastic designs not enough In fact I think that while the auto industry has created an enormous amount of jobs around the world, and considerable wealth, the negative environmental and political impact of the auto industry has probably been even greater. No doubt, Fisker can design beautiful cars, but is that enough? Maybe. MORE >> - 2025 CAFE regulations, predicting the future and foreign oil dependence HYBRID CAR BLOG | TUESDAY, JULY 5, 2011
