The University of California, Davis, and the China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC) have entered a new agreement to work together to help speed the commercialization of plug-in and fuel cell electric cars in China. Hybrid electric buses and heavy trucks could power many homes or a school or a hospital in an emergency.
