Audi newly to begin production in Brazil in 2015; $200M investment in Curitiba

Beginning in 2105, Audi AG will produce the new Audi Q3 and the new A3 Sedan on the premises of Volkswagen’s Curitiba plant in São José dos Pinhais, Brazil. Audi had earlier produced in Curitiba between 1999 and 2006 (the A3), but the project at that time did not prove profitable for the company.
