We Californians are very proud of our state’s Global Warming Solutions law, AB 32, that mandates greenhouse gas emissions to be reduced to 1990 levels by the year 2020. I volunteer with Greenpeace and the Environmental Priorities Network educating the public on climate change news and facts. That’s about a 25% reduction.
