More than 150 public libraries throughout the central United States now lend out activity kits that let children explore just about any aspect of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The kits teach youngsters what engineers do, as well as how to code, build robots, design video games, and create animations.

GM Daewoo Auto & Technology is considering producing a hybrid vehicle in 2011 in South Korea. The official added GM Daewoo may start producing a hybrid car in 2011, but an exact timetable has not been set. GM Daewoo now produces vehicles and kits to offer in more than 150 markets on six continents.

SGMW’s sales in the first nine months of 2011 were up 6.6% It is also expanding its exports of complete knockdown (CKD) kits for assembly at other GM facilities around the globe.
