Nissan Reaches 6,000 LEAF Reservations in Japan; Achieves 2010 Target in 2 Months

Nissan announced that it has already logged 6,000 reservations in Japan for the LEAF EV—thereby achieving its target for all of 2010 in two months. The LEAF goes on sale in Japan in December 2010. Bookings started on 1 April. Almost 60% of the reservations come from buyers 50 and older.
