GM, Toyota continue to lead plug-in market in US

Year-to-date, Toyota has sold 9,623 units of the Prius plug-in hybrid. Sales of the Civic Hybrid were down 5.6% to 453 units, while sales of the hybrid Insight dropped 49% to 251 units.
