General Motors plans to unveil the Chevy Volt, a plug-in hybrid, sometime in 2010, and Toyota may begin selling a plug-in Prius in late 2010 or early 2011. Since opening inside of the Green Motors dealership in March of last year, the company has converted a dozen Priuses. The conversion is simple.
